Wendy is planning a picnic and Bob is busy fixing a water pipe at the museum. Due to a mix-up over some letters, Bob thinks he will be having a guest--Bob's Auntie Dora. Bob tells everyone how fussy she is, so there is a race against time to sort out the mess the Machines have made in the yard.
The schoolyard is full of costumes for the school play, so Spud decides to dress up. Disguised as Spud the Dragon he plays a trick on Muck and scares poor Lofty. Will Bob and Wendy catch the suspicious "dragon"?
In Bob's Hide, Mr Bentley and Bob go bird watching. Spud decides to join in the fun by dressing up as a bird to try and scare the rest of the gang. Who will spot the real bird first?
Snowy weather arrives in Bob and the Big Freeze, so the team have their work cut out to deal with all the extra jobs. Spud finds himself in trouble on the frozen lake, while Wendy disturbs some hedgehogs hibernating. Can Bob fix a new home for them?
Also features the four mini adventures: Wendy's Watering Can, Muck's Mood, Muck's Short Cut and Rocking Roley.
Running time: 63 minutes approximately.

My only complaint, and the reason this only gets 3 stars, is the 5 minutes of commercials tacked on the beginning of the tape. The studio hawks it's wares to innocent toddlers like carnival hucksters, even using the voice of a young child to sell it's goods. As if the whole "Bob The Builder" marketing world wasn't big enough. My kid shouldn't be teased every time he watches these tapes. They certianly could learn a lesson in humility from "Bob".
