Wear them on deck, on the decking,or just around the house. These boat shoes are made for lightweight duty with soles that don't mark surfaces which makes them perfect for wood or laminate flooring. I found them to be well made and comfortable, an excellent fit and great value for money but as with all boat shoes, the leather laces are likely to come undone fairly fequently.

nice boats as they are called in France but the delivery charges to the near continent too much

Great value but delivery was late. I agree with others who commented that the shoes are quite narrow. Also, not stocking half sizes is a minus. Quality appears to be good- I've had mine for a month and worn them almost everyday- sometimes in the wet. So far, they're still looking good. hope this helps.

good shoe, takes time to "walk-in"
once you have walked a while in them they are great, be prepared to have blisters in the beginning, the leather is very hard at first,but it gets much better quite quickly
