I have owned these bars for about a month now and they are alright. My 4 piece bars used to move back and forth quite easily and I had to tighten my stem bolts till they where squeaking, but now they don't have to be done up tightly. The paint can scratch quite easily as I found out when I fell off. The width is 26".

many thanks for the fast delivery, this was the item my 13 yr old son "had to have"! he was delighted.
