Introducing the KitSound BoomDock and Dock Air
We are craftspeople. We are musicians. We are KitSound and we all commit ourselves to achieving one shared goal - bringing people closer to their music. By understanding music we stay true to its craft. Pure, rich, incredible sound. We settle for nothing less.
Quality Inside and Out
The BoomDock is KitSound's flagship docking station, producing outstanding levels of quality sound that you would normally only find on expensive, high-end models. Assembled by hand, this audio excellence is housed in a finely crafted wooden case and is finished with seven coats of piano black paint.
Advanced engineering allows for punchy bass and clear highs, meaning the BoomDock is extremely desirable for people who appreciate good music. The chic, retro cabinet is made from wood, not plastic, which creates a seductive tone and an honest depth to your music.
More Bass, More dB, More Sound
The BoomDock is a 2.1 system; it has a low Q down-firing 5.25 inch subwoofer which gives a super-sharp, super-deep and super-punchy bass response that you can feel in your chest. The BoomDock's engineering means it is the perfect addition to any party, however it also delivers exceptional clarity at low volumes. The BoomDock has been created using revolutionary aluminium cones for the satellite drivers, allowing for a massive dynamic range close to 90dB, whilst the metal construction means you can play it at the loudest volume without distortion. The BoomDock is capable of producing sounds of up to 110dB SPL - that's comparable to having nightclub-level sound in your living room. With dimensions of 420mm x 290mm x 150mm (W x D x H), the BoomDock will fit virtually anywhere whilst still being capable of filling any room with sound. We think it's time to replace all that bulky equipment.
Simple to Use
With no software required or Apps to download, the Dock Air is really easy to use. Simply connect it to the 30 pin connector of your BoomDock or other suitable Apple dock, pair up the device when it appears in your Bluetooth settings and you're ready to go. What's even better is that most devices remember the connection, so when you need to use it again, you're ready.
So Many Uses Whether you're listening to music whilst surfing the web with your device in your hands, pausing and rewinding films without leaving your seat or keeping your phone safely in your pocket while it's connected to your portable docking system, with the Dock Air you can really make the most of wireless technology.
As well as providing charging functions for all devices (except iPod Shuffle), the BoomDock includes RCA auxiliary input with 2 x RCA cables (RCA to RCA and RCA to 3.5 mm jack), allowing you to connect additional audio equipment to your docking station. Play CDs and records through the awesome speakers, or connect a TV for great movie sound. Plus, the internal magnets are shielded so you can sit the BoomDock close to your TV screen without damaging it.
Not only does the BoomDock have built-in alarm clock functionality, but included FM and AM antennas mean you can pick up your favourite stations, and heavy functionality from the remote control allows full access to all of the menus on your device (batteries included).

Introducing the KitSound BoomDock
Producing outstanding levels of sound quality that you would normally only find on expensive models, the multi award-winning BoomDock is our flagship docking station.
Fine-Tuned for Great Sound
Although the notion of the speaker first came about in the 1860s, it took another 40 years of developing the knowledge of electronics, acoustics and materials for Chester Rice and Edward Kellogg to finally invent it. At KS we value the development process, and we always take time to adjust and perfect our products until we're completely happy with them. That's why we feel so smug about our BoomDock.
Quality Inside and Out

With its rock-solid production, the sleek and sturdy BoomDock provides perfect sound for the home environment. Simply insert your Apple device into the 30-pin connector or connect any other device to the auxiliary input and prepare for an exceptional audio experience.
