It's adjustable in both size and absorbency. Adjust the size as your baby grows. You can use it on most babies that range from 3.5-16 kgs. Stuff it with as little or as much absorbency as you need to get you through a quick trip to the store, a long car ride, or maybe even overnight. The nappy has 2 rows of snaps for adjusting the size as your baby grows. An outer layer of waterproof polyester knit keeps wetness in, and an inner layer of microfleece keeps baby's bottom dry. All nappies come with 2 microfiber terry inserts: a 3-layer small insert for the newborn/small setting, and a 4-layer longer insert that is adjustable for the medium & large settings. The small insert can also be used as a doubler when extra absorbency is desired.

This diaper is made of 100% polyester both inner and outer, and the inserts are made of 80% polyester + 20% nylon. I don't know how my baby is going to feel them but I'm disappointed. I'll try it when my baby arrives, hope to change my mind but won't order more before to try on the baby. Otherwise before washing the inside looks soft and outside doesn't look like plastic, but they are not as soft as Tots Bots Bamboozle. Maybe I expected them to be as soft as Bamboozles are and that's why didn't like them much on the first glance. And something else I didn't like is the big pocket gap on the back. It's so big that the inner part is going a bit out of the diaper.
