5.0 out of 5 stars Really good, thoughtful book 4 Jun 2012

My daughter is called Tilly (Matilda) so this book was always going to be a winner. Tilly is new in town and is obviously a little shy. Her (imaginary) friend 'Blue Horse' takes her on a series of adventures and uses her skills, exhibited whilst playing together, to convince her that she shouldn't be shy about going and talking to other little children in the park. Once the ice is broken with other little boys and girls, they and all their imaginary friends have a right-good time.

A really really nice little book. Great length for a bedtime story and a nice message to your child about overcoming shyness. Definitely recommended.
