Christine Collister has a voice that give you the shivers, and here she uses it on a mix of covers and some of her own songs to brilliant effect. The scorching - almost bluesy (shock!)- guitar of Richard Thompson on 'How Far to the Horizon?' is icing on a very rich and tasty cake.
