5.0 out of 5 stars Blood Sweat & Charity, 23 Nov 2005
By A Customer
I found this book the other day and having been toying with the idea of a charity challenge for some time am now storming ahead. The book offers fantastic advice on every step of organising and completing a challenge and the profiles of those who have completed challenges are a real motivation.

An absolute must have for anyone taking on a charity challenge.

5.0 out of 5 stars Just what I was looking for!, 9 Feb 2006

I have been planning to do a big adventure project for years now, but was put off by the amount of stress I thought I would have to go through to organise it. Then a friend gave me a copy of this book, and it's been so inspiring!

It takes you through the stages, from coming up with the idea to choosing a charity to fundraising and raising awareness. It has taken all the stress out of figuring it all out, leaving me more time to train.

Watch out for my sponsored skateboarding from London to Marrakech later this year for 'save the rainforests', and enjoy your adventure of a lifetime!! BUY IT!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Inspiring, fun, and useful, 1 Feb 2006
By A Customer
This is a completely invaluable guide to the whole daunting process of going on a charity challenge- with fun little anecdotes and impressive interviews. It's not afraid to tackle the big questions about the point of charity challenges either- makes you think about what you're doing while always encouaging you to go further. Absolutely indispensible to anyone who's doing or thinking of doing a charity challenge on any scale.
