I have read quite a few of Kay Hoopers books and mostly have enjoyed them, but
unfortunately not in this case. I found this book just too "talky" there really
was not much of anything going on, I kept waiting for at least some semblence
of action to start, but it just was not happening! Personally I only finished
the book because I thought it might at least near the ending build up to some
sort of face off between Samuel and the team. But in this as well it was all so
underplayed. I came away from this book, thinking thank goodness I have finished
it and now lets read someone else who I know will give me a better story. Sorry
folks for all you KH readers out there, but this book just did nothing for me!
