Blood and Ashes,
By
This review is from: Blood & Ashes (Ravens Deep Trilogy) (Kindle Edition)
The second book in the 'Ravens Deep' Trilogy and another fantastic read. Set mostly in the city of London the book follows Madeline as she starts her new life as a vampire. Madeline feels strong and invincible with her newly found power and freedom, however, don't run before you can walk - things don't work out quite as she anticipated. Can Darius help her? Will their love for each other conquer all? You will have to read it to find out. A great book that again I couldn't put down.

Blood and Ashes,
By
This review is from: Blood and Ashes (Paperback)
Both books, Ravens Deep and Blood and Ashes were a gift from a friend and I loved them both. With the first, Ravens Deep I could not put the book down, much to the annoyance of my family, the way the book is written you can not help but get drawn into the world of Madeline and Darius.
With Blood and Ashes it continues the story with the main characters, mainly from Madelines point of view. As I neared the end of the book I had to force myself to stop reading it for a while as I did not want the story to stop! I hope Jane Jordan will continue to write, so we do not have to wait too long for the next.

Blood and Ashes Delivers!,
This review is from: Blood and Ashes (Paperback)
Blood and Ashes continues the story of Darius and Madeline that I enjoyed so much in Jane Jordan's previous novel: Ravens Deep. It leaps straight into a new adventure set against the backdrop of Somerset countryside and the streets of London. Without giving too much away: Madeline wrestles with delusion and madness as she struggles with her newly acquired immortality. Separated from her beloved Darius she is taken prisoner by a dark and sinister being in the vast underground labyrinths beneath London. There's a lot to like here, with chases across the country, daring escapes and tense showdowns. The fast moving and easy to read style makes this a joy to read and for those fans of Ravens Deep this is a must. For those that are new to Jane Jordan`s writing, this is a great place to start or if you want to follow the saga from the beginning I strongly suggest picking up a copy of Ravens Deep and getting a new and exciting take on the world of immortals.
After reading them both, there's really only one thing left to say - Can I have more please!
