This mouth guard arrived two days early which was a pleasant surprise, it has a fair mold but doesn't stay attached when i open my mouth, its hard to breathe with when you're tired... E.G in the middle of a game and talking was almost impossible to do with this on but it does the job when hit.
Overall this is an ok mouth guard but i'll probably be only using this in practice (For American Football) i plan on buying something that molds better and stays put for real games to be able to speak without accidently chewing this.
Little side note, i bought the black and the carry case was clear, didn't bother me but for some it might.
EDIT: I found out a little trick is to put the mouth guard into cold water(for about a minute) straight after fitting to shrink it for a tighter fit, i did this and it stays in better... i probably will get another one for the season though. Also spit gathers in it so in between plays i have to take it out otherwise i tend to gag.
