Bought this for my 4th pregnancy.
I have tried listening to the relaxation CD quite a few times and to be honest I find the man's voice slightly off putting.
Not very relaxing and a wee bit menacing!
Also finding it bit difficult to believe a man when he is telling me how my labour is going to be. Found myself wanting to ask him what the hell he knows about it.
Not a total loss as some good advice on both CDs and reasonably priced.

I bought this CD late on into my pregnancy and found it really useful. It is split between a track that that can be used in pregnancy and one that can be used post natally. My son is now 9 weeks old and I have listened to the post natal track a number of times and have really enjoyed the chance to take some time out to relax.
I had already listened to the joyful pregnancy CD for the majority of my pregnancy so its hard to say what impact this CD had on my feelings about giving birth as I already felt very positive about it - in part I think from the joyful pregnancy CD and some work I had undertaken seperately to learn hypnobirthing techniques.

Glenn's work is awesome
I brought this for my wife late on into the pregnancy she didn't find it very helpful she said she found Glenn very condescending!
But that said I have a large number of Glenn Harrold's other self help Cd's and I myself find them Excellent
