The only problem with receiving a pack of solar fairy lights in the post is that you are supposed to wait three days to charge them up before switching them on! So the excitement of admiring your sparkly bright lights has to be temporarily delayed while the grey British skies do their thing to the little solar panel.
I had previously bought a longer string of fairy lights from The Solar Cente and was very impressed. They are similarly ultra bright and white but were a few more pennies at around £40 for 10 metres. So these offer excellent value for money.
One thing to note: the 7m length is not the length of the LED string. The fairly lights constitute around 5.3m and then there's an extra 2m of wire which runs to the solar panel so you can position it in a sunny place a short distance from where you want your light display to be.
I'd recommend laying out a piece of string the length of your potential purchase to see how much of your garden it covers - you might want to upgrade to the even better value for money option of 120 LEDs / 14m long: Blingstring Solar Fairy Lights with 120 LED Bulbs for even more bling!

These lights are really easy to install and have an option of wall mounting the solar panel or putting into the ground. This allows flexibililty of where they can go. They are suprisingly bright and looked really effective run through a trees branches, I then moved them to around a rose arch - again looked great. Most impressed with this product !!
I prefered the lights to be on constant mode as I found the flashing mode to be rather 'party like' if sat close to them - however is great to have the option. Would definately purchase more.

These are lovely! Already shining as soon as I opened the box, they continued to work and didn't need 3 days charging as stated on the instructions. They have been rained on in my garden for the last 2 days and are still working perfectly. The lights are sweet: bright, quite blue-y white. Very easy to set-up. I would agree with the other reviewer that 7 metres is the length of the cable, not the length of the lights, but otherwise they are ideal. Thoroughly recommended.
