If you're looking for something quick and simple, look elsewhere. Yes there are easy recipes but if you take a fancy to having cocktails with friends on a whim this isn't going to help. If however you plan ahead, take heed in the product description that says "you can find the ingredients in the supermarket" because you won't be finding them in the ordinary household kitchen. And contrary to the other review I'd doubt you would be able to find further use for many of the ingredients you have to acquire.
As a typical example I opened the book at a random page to write this review. It has 4 drinks; one needs clear honey, freshly grated ginger and the juice of 4 limes; the next needs jasmine tea bags; the next mango juice and fresh ginger and the last needs guava juice. And that's a typical page. There is always at least one ingredient that you don't have lying about, unless you plan ahead and buy in and probably don't have much use for thereafter.
On the plus side it does give drinks from 1 person to many and the author suggests what booze to use and why.
