5.0 out of 5 stars A Fantastic 1st "goodbye" to Blake! 2 Feb 2001
By A Customer
The Keeper is your average standard Blake's 7, good but not great. It is, though, only a build-up for what follows it, the classic "Star One". The whole of the first 2 series had been building up to this point, where Blake and crew think they can finally defeat the federation in one go. But they dont reckon on Travis and his new "friends". The last 10 minutes of this episode in particular are fast-paced, tense and thoroughly enjoyable. The final few moments and the cliff-hanger are unmissable and worth buying the video for alone.

3.0 out of 5 stars The good and the bad 23 May 2009
The Keeper was to my mind, utter rubbish. Typical of Blakes 7. You never knew what you were going to get. For every Star One there was The Keeper, for every great episode, there was a less than great counterpart. Star One was terrific and a great end to the season. So skip the first 50 minutes of this tape (i.e. The Keeper) and enjoy Star One.
