Like the other fellow on here who described the situation about spare parts, I had a similar experience where I required the tiny screws for the helicopter. I also found that the balance bar broke fairly quickly (in a matter of days).

You only have to speak to any rc helicopter enthusiast to realise that you will need spare parts and customer support. I found the Bladez Toyz website unreliable; seems to change every day. Customer support emailed me a link to an Ebay site for spares which was far from comprehensive, with the part I required not listed. During re build I lost one of the micro screws that retain the blades to the main shaft. Very easy to do. They are not available as spares. I decided to buy a replacement helicopter and use the original for spares, but the retail price has just been increased by 30% with a 2 to 3 week lead time. I have been unable to contact customer support a second time. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

took ages to find this, everyone seemed to be out of stock, great excitement when i found it, my Husband was delighted to receive it and couldn't wait to use it on xmas day, 1st flight broken, wont work, only just found the box, i intend returning it and want my money back. v v v v dissapointed.....
