The hero needs to recover an heirloom before his mum learned it ever left the family's hands. The heroine challenges him to marry her to have it back. It was aimed at making him run away. She is stupefied when he accepts. And as a true alpha male, as soon as he accpets, you wouldn't know it was not his idea: he completely takes control of the whole situation! Now it is the heoine who is running scare!
A story that began with hatred evolves step by step into wonderful story. The reader can see how they learn to live with each other, how they fall in love, how loving their relationship is. It is wonderful love story.
I liked the fact that the heroine had a PhD and was smart, had a good job before getiing married and that her brains were valued by her husband.
I also liked the fact that the passion between them was devastating. When they looked at each other, it was so hot it was uneblievable!
Well done Sarah Morgan. It's a keeper.
PS: The story is a bit like Bond of hatred. I loved Bond of hatred, but I prefer this one: it is more hot, and the hero and heroine have a more interesting, passionating relationship.

Angelina Littlewood blackmailed Nikos Kyriacou into a marriage in exchange for the Bandizi Diamond which belongs to the Kyriacou since generations ago. She sought revenge on him and that was the way she could carry it out. They fought for their attraction for one another just after meeting. After the wedding she realised that she has become the blackmail victim and not the other way round. Nikos was looking forward to their marriage life, at her dismay. He seduces her on their wedding day. Later she finds out that she should not have attempted any revenge as he has been innocent. I felt sympathy the way he took blame at no choice. I also felt sympathy the way Angelina had to put up with her mother favouring her sister over her and putting her down especially when she was supporting her fianancially. I was happy when she was leaving UK for Greece indefinatly.

Blackmailing Nikos into a wedding may be one thing, but Angelina discovers that actually being married to the gorgeous, arrogant Greek is quite another... For Nikos has one demand. As his wife, she will be expected to share his life...and his bed!
I think the idea of the story is not a new one, not exactly the same, but when I read the plot I remember "BOND OF HATRED" by Lynne Graham.
Since I love it very much, I love this one, too.
The characters are almost the same, but here Ms.Morgan wrote the heroine as a PhD graduated.
The last chapter (ending) is not quite smooth in my opinion, as if Ms.Morgan wanted to finish it quickly.
I'd rather she have it in different situations just like you wrote "SALE OR RETURN BRIDE".
I love your writing style anyway, so compasionate and breath-taking.
Look forward to more books from you, Ms.Morgan.
