I found the book difficult to read with any continuity, jumping from scene to another. Having said that all became clear at the end.

Too complicated 7 Jun. 2014
By flogig - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
A well written story of murder, espionage, blackmail with some likable characters in a thriller that could take place today despite having been written more than 25 years ago--hence the 4 stars--but too complicated. Half the time l just enjoyed the writing without having the faintest idea about what was going on. His later books get better, but l will definitely read the other 2 in this series. Great writing.
Wonderful mystery. 4 July 2013

This was a fast-paced and interesting mystery. The characters and plot were believable and there was great depth to their development. It was all I could do to strop myself from jumping to the end, but it was worth the wait!
