My phone was playing up and I worked out it was the battery. Saw this one advertised. Good price and was delivered withing a couple of days. The genuine article. Fits perfectly into my Blackberry. Not one of these imitation batteries that are supposed to fit but don't. Definitely recommend.

I fully charged the battery overnight, my phone crashed on the way too work. Now it refuses to work with this battery, just a white screen. Its works ok with the old one though.
No point in sending it back at my cost. So I spent money not to have a phone for the day.
I await the sellers responce.
Seller dispatched new one very quickly, no faults with this one. Good and speedy customer service on a very low value item. Thanks.

Ordered this with some trepidation after reading reviews of the many suppliers listed here (and wondering how many of the positive reviews were genuine). Battery arrived quicker than estimated (within 3 days) by 1st class post (that was the free std delivery). I am not sure if it's completely new as it was partly charged when it arrived but it's a genuine Blackberry battery, in good condition and it works. Most importantly my 4-year-old Blackberry is no longer crashing every time I make a call. An excellent, very cost-effective solution to a horrendous problem - my phone was becoming unusable but still had a year left on contract. I got no help from the phone supplier (I won't be renewing with them) but some web research and buying this cheap replacement battery came up trumps.
