Battery arrived scratched and unpackaged in an envelope. I doubt very much that it is new as claimed.

The battery arrived in an envelope and it was not packaged as new. It felt dirty to the touch and so far I have had to charge it up daily as it does not hold as much power as my old one did. I believe I may have been sent a second hand battery. I am very disappointed with the seller.

Ordered a NEW battery to be send a damaged second hand battery.
made a call and complained,then was sent another second hand battery, when I asked them why they are selling second hand batteries and advertising new, they said we had a job lot of newly reconditioned batteries in.
I emailed and complained but the young owner is not interested, and could not be bothered to even reply..

Does what it says on the tin.
No problems on delivery or product. My daughter's original went for a swim and the replacement was used for her old Blackberry. Charging on Blackberrys lasts a day tops anyway.
