1. No provision for headphone jack. You need to take our your blackberry to use headphone. 2. It hides the LED unless you put it backwards. Cant fathom why they have this strange design instead of keeping it simple.
Overall if you can spend some extra bucks then get something which doesnt have above issues(cons). But if you can compromise then its a good deal.
Treated myself to a Blackberry Curve for Christmas. I am quite fanatical about keeping my phones all new & shiny - I always buy a case & screen protectors as soon as possible. Was looking for a decent leather case & spotted this one..sooooo glad I did! As others have said, the case is a snug fit (you wouldn't get it in with another cover on e.g. the silicone ones the phone came with) - once it's in there it's staying put until you want it out again. I held it upside down & shook it & the phone was really secure. There is a slight protrusion at the top (the 'dip' in the case comes up to the word 'Blackberry' on the front), but this enables you to a) see the message alert light & b) hear the phone when it's ringing. My only bugbear with it is that it didn't come with an illustration for which way to put the phone in & I had to come on here to double check as I'd heard some disaster stories about memory cards being wiped by the magnet when the phone was put in the case back to front (just to let you know, the embossed word 'Blackberry' is the back of the cover). All in all a really great buy to protect your shiny new Blackberry!
This was delivered quickly and is a reasonably priced, well made case for the Blackberry Curve 9300. The best thing is that it locks the keyboard when you put your BlackBerry in the case and wakes it up again when you take it out. How do they do that ??!! Excellent item, trusted seller.
