My 12 year old son found this on Amazon and against my advice decided he wanted to purchase it, which I did on his behalf. When it arrived it was marked and had some cosmetic damage ( which you might expect from a second hand phone at just under £40.00 ) and it did work for the first week. My son then decided to change the password on it and it locked ... permanently ! We contacted the network provider and they said as the phone was not purchased from them they could do nothing to help and so my son has wasted his pocket money on a phone that is now useless. At least he has learned a lesson albeit the hard way that it is better to save up and buy a phone from a reputable company with a guarantee and one that offers after sales support.
