Black Wolf At Rosebud is the story of Matthew Blackwolf and how he falls in love with Lainie Twokettles. He's an up and coming rock star, and she's a quiet, stay at home, teacher. After meeting her at his brother's wedding, Matthew really takes a shine to her, but his cousin, and rival Dan also has feelings for Lainie. Dan offers Lainie small town comfort, safety, and love. While Matthew offers her a life of rock and roll, bus travel, and wild parties. Can Lainie adjust her life for Matthew, or will she chose to stay with Dan. A great love story that continues a great book series. A great read for romance lovers.

Just when you think a series of books can't get better, it does. While this is the second in Ms. Belle's series about the Black Wolf brothers it's actually the third I've read and I'm so pleased to say that this one doesn't disappoint.

While it's hard to pick a favorite brother out of this talented family, I think Matthew will come close to mine. Struggling to accept his own life and finding it hard to be alone after he sees his brother's happiness at being married, he soon finds not only love and friendship with Lainie but also competition with his own cousin for her affection.

It's clear that Ms. Belle truly enjoys and understands the world that she has created as the reader will feel apart of the Black Wolf family as we wonder who will win the heart of Lainie Two Kettles...Matthew or his cousin. Another wonderful book in this series!
