I have this on Vinyl and it is about worn out so I was ecstatic when the CD came out - I cannot recommend this CD highly enough from start to finish it is very polished performances by all artists particularly Roy himself it is an album you do not want to stop and I wish it could have gone on much longer BRILLIANT!

This is the best Roy Orbison album ever. Orbison at his very,very best, live, and with a backing gruop, the likes of which we're unlikely to see again.
The girl backing vocal group consists of k d lang, Bonnie Raitt and Jennifer Warnes.
The backing group includes T Bone Burnett, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Jackson Browne and the brilliant James Burton on guitar. The final track, 'Pretty Woman', includes an extended guitar "duel" between Springsteen and James Burton. The album would be worth buying for this alone.
This is a "Must Have".

Not just good or great but superlative. thats more than likely bad grammar, but this CD is brilliant. Despite the fact that the listener may be familiar with most of the tracks and heard them many times before they sound and feel as fresh as Springtime.

Great CD
This really is a great CD. If you like The Big O then you will love it. All the classics played live and recorded superbly. Sounds really good on my hi-fi.

PURE CLASS
BOUGHT THIS AFTER SEEING THE CONCERT ON SKY ARTS. I THINK THESE VERSIONS ARE ACTUALLY BETTER THAN THE ORIGINALS AS THE SOUND QUALITY IS AMAZING. CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY ENOUGH.

Great CD Orbison at his best great choice of songs and some really good guitar playing. Definitely foot tapping. Having watched session on TV couldn't resist getting CD.
