Format:Blu-ray
This is one of the music DVD's I've had for years and it often gets played when folks come round for a few drinks.
I'd give the DVD itself 6 out of 5 just for an uncanny performance by Orbison and the host of 70's icons of mine that are there with him out there on stage. Then you have the 50' & 60's legends playing their hearts out.
It is a truly memorable concert. However, I'm not reviewing the wonderful DVD, I'm reviewing the blu-ray version.
Before I ordered it, I wondered how a blu-ray version could visually improve on a DVD of a black and white film and then I also considered that the sound quality may also be better.
I watched the blu-ray disc from start to finish expecting a 15% improvement all round. Afterwards I realised that there were no audio or visual improvements at all but just enjoyed it all over again as a memorable concert.
Don't waste your money on the blu-ray disc but, whatever you do, buy the DVD!

Elvis's backing band, plus an amazing array of supporting stars, and fashion tips from Tom Waits, a performance that deserves blu-ray quality sound and picture quality. The finale of Pretty Woman with 4 guitarists is worth the price alone.

Roy Orbison, Black & white night. (bluray)
I already had this on VHS & DVD but decided to try it on my new Bluray player,the difference is startling,In conclusion all I can say is "WONDERFUL"

This is really good, the sound and the film quality are great, Roy and his guests are having a great time and he is singing some of his best songs, very very good.
