Product Description
A derivative of insulation tape which can be used for waterproofing connections. Especially useful for automotive work and aerial installations, e.g. ideal for satellite TV where the cable enters the LNB and polarizer. Tight banding of the tape creates the waterproof connection.

used this with a sat kit I purchased to seal the connectors to make them weatherproof.
You only need a little tape, as this stretches incredibly well, but its biggest benefit is its ability to create a very tight waterproof seal. After a week I tried to unravel the tape, but found that I couldnt as it is that good a seal - in the end I had to cut the cable & re-strip the cable to fit in a connector!!!

A good product and a great price too - well worth it - i use quite a bit of it on satellite installs so highly recommend it for waterproofing any joints.
I bought this tape after my sky signal started breaking up, and it did what it says it does totally waterproofing my lnb connectors
