Product Description

Quality guitar leads for this price, with a lifetime warranty to boot!

Between us, we've done a gig or two and we've used/tripped over more cables (and drunken drummers) than we care to remember. We learnt a few things about cables during this time:

  • Moulded leads (where the jack plug and the lead are all moulded as one) are just bad news. They use cheap, very noisy cable which drastically affects your sound. In a bad way. Plus if something does go wrong, the only option is the bin. You need a cable which you can get into.
  • Avoid cables which have a spring cable relief (basically a spring stuck out of the plug). They are designed to stop the cable bending and eventually breaking. Over time, the springs will come away from the plug anyway, and this design of jack plug means its really easy (when you trip over the lead, and you will!) it will most likely rip the cable from the plug. Instead, look for a cable cable is securely gripped by the plug assembly itself. Just like this one that we're selling - it will last WAY longer.
  • Gold plated plug tips - aid conductivity and they won't corrode either. Nice little brucey-bonus!
  • Straight or Angled plugs? Well, a lead with straight plugs at each end will work with any guitar. An angled/straight configuration are handy for Les Paul guitars and the like, but useless for Strats. If buying as a gift and you're not sure which to get, stick with Straight connectors at both ends.

Covered by a lifetime warranty, these cables are made from using great metal connectors and high quality noiseless oxygen-free copper cable. Cheap leads last no time at all especially when your fat bass player trods on 'em w

Excellent! 22 Oct 2009
Great item! I had a plastic cheap cabel that came with my guitar but it last only a few months... This is really a HEAVY DUTY cable! Besides looking good, the noise is reduced and it's longer than my last cable! Plus the price is great!
If you need a cable, buy this one!!!

Guitar Cable
Replaced the cheap cable my son got with his drum kit. This cable had a lot of hum when connected to the amp. This cable got rid of most of the 50Hz hum he was getting. Read more

Top stuff!
Really really pleased with this cable! Great sound and those well-designed jacks won't budge at all once you've plugged them in. Sounds great with guitars and bass!

Good. Just what I wanted. Does the job and cheaper than local shop. Comes with useful velcro tag to keep from tangling.

Good until breaks
I've had two of these now and both have broken after reasonable use - by broken I mean the jack becomes a bit loose, and has to be twiddled around to get a good connection. Read more

Good for price
For being a cheap lead it works very well, solidly built jacks with the cable itsself being very flexable possibly too flexable where it joins the jack plugs. Read more
