The Black & Decker Gt516 hedge trimmer is a powerful and easy to use tool, ideal for trimming bushes, hedges and small leafed tress. The 20 mm blade gap cuts branches up to 20mm in diameter whilst the large protective hand guard protects you from any flying debris. It has been designed for quick and easy trimming and, due to the dual action asymmetric blades, has low vibration whilst the motor is running. It also benefits from cable retention and a cable clip. The two handed design, plus the startup switch, prevent accidental starting for peace of mind.

This Trimmer is Brilliant according to my wife who is the person who uses it! She says it's light quick simple & very easy to use. Since it arrived she has been using it quite a lot as we have a 2-Acre Garden. As I am disabled she is the gardener. She has shaped all of our Many evergreen bushes & is well pleased on how versatile the machine is to handle in up & around all shapes.
We can highly recommend this item & the fact it is long but has built in counter balance which she says makes light work of all the many things in our garden. Anyone will know if the wife states how much she loved using this trimmer that tell's you, this is well worth the little bit extra money to make life easy.
She is very happy we went for the longer version & it is much lighter to use than she expected!. If the wife's happy then all in all Life is happier too. She was impressed with how quick it cuts through the thicker bits which have grown slightly out of hand. So it works brilliant & is worth every penny, what more can you say about any trimmer than that. I am glad I saw the extra long one which cuts at every angle & on both sides you can place this as A BEST BUY PRODUCT.

I replaced an old hedge trimmer I had with this one recently.

This hedge trimmer is excellent!
The extra length in the blade makes a huge difference.
It makes trimming the hedge easy and can cope with fairly heavy duty cutting.

This trimmer is pretty good construction and the extended 61cm cutting blades are ideal for larger gardens and hedgerows. Have used it a couple of times now and very pleased with the cutting power and ease of use. Fairly long cable provided to reach out into the garden. The double safety feature (dead mans handle) is also very good and makes for safe operation at all times. Would recommend it.

Good, well-built hedge trimmer that easily manages to cut through challenging areas of the garden. You cant really go wrong with a Black and Decker, would certainly recommend!
