I've had this over one summer and so far so good. I bought this specifically for it's length and jaw size. It also comes with a long cable.
We have a long boundary with Leylandi hedges that need to be kept under control. It has coped without fault - unlike me who cut through the cable! However, once fixed it was up and running again.

This is an excellent hedge trimmer, meeting all my expectations. It cuts cleanly, without fuss even for branches of around 12mm thick. The long blade is very useful for maintaining straight edges/faces. I did, however, find that it is rather heavy for prolonged use but I guess that's just my excuse for going in for a cuppa!
