This Black & Decker shredder has a powerful but quiet 2400 watt motor. It features a 40mm cut and crush mechanism for efficient reduction of large branches. It also features an adjustable shear plate with easy release and reverse faciltiy for quick and easy release of jammed branches.
The shredder is easy to manoeuvre due to its wheels and integral handle. A debris bag is included for easy collection and removal of debris. Garden debris can be shredded into recyclable organic mulch, which can used around plants to reduce weed growth and improve soil fertility.

Not impressed - poor performance might make a good sugar cane crusher - our's didn't shred just crushed - tried many kinds of garden plants - no overload - just did not perform - gave up after three attempted shreds! Disappointed. Up for sale.Black & Decker GS2400 Shredder 2400 Watt

It does what it says on the tin. The instructions are not too good though. I had it running in reverse.

Although the item was not the easiest to put together because of parts not lining up etc it has excelled itself as a mulcher. For the price I paid it is fantastic value for money and does what it says on the tin. If you want a mulcher then definitely consider this one.
