Product is working O.K but is not as good as my old one as the Grassbox keeps coming off when it hits any kind of indentation in the lawn which is most annoying. I would say the design is poor and the box needs to be hooked on and not just slotted on.

The lawn rake did exactly what I expected it to do hence my 4 star rating. However, Quality Control and Customer Service from Black and Decker was unbelievably bad. There was a manufacturing fault on the grass collection box and two parts missing from the rake. Although neither of these faults affected the operation of the machine the response from Black and Decker's customer service department was pathetic and extremely unhelpful. Given this I doubt I will ever buy another Black and Decker product. As for Amazon - another faultless purchase process - thanks.

Neat, compact unit. Easy to assemble, but cord control assembly does not quite match instructions. Very effective at removing over-winter debris and moss. As mentioned by others, collector fills rapidly so wheelbarrow needed close by. 3 height adjustment good, not only for different levels of collection but also for soft or hard ground. However, changing the height needs a bit of a knack. Overall, does what it says on the tin.
