Product is working O.K but is not as good as my old one as the Grassbox keeps coming off when it hits any kind of indentation in the lawn which is most annoying. I would say the design is poor and the box needs to be hooked on and not just slotted on.

This replacement lawn raker is a Rolls compared to a Citroen.Not heavy,easy to clean and store, the 3 lengths of raking depth is excellent. As the dead grass throws itself into the grass box, you can feel the new grasses beginning to dance.
A joy to use, excellent performance, the right tool for me.

The lawn rake did exactly what I expected it to do hence my 4 star rating. However, Quality Control and Customer Service from Black and Decker was unbelievably bad. There was a manufacturing fault on the grass collection box and two parts missing from the rake. Although neither of these faults affected the operation of the machine the response from Black and Decker's customer service department was pathetic and extremely unhelpful. Given this I doubt I will ever buy another Black and Decker product. As for Amazon - another faultless purchase process - thanks.
