The black and decker steam cleaner is simplicity in itself both to assemble and use. I cleaned my hardwood floors and also cleaned one carpet, astounding results. No more on the knees cleaning, a good price and well worth it. Brian.

Great product replacement steam mop heads,however I cant say the same for the actual steam mop as it failed to work the second time I tried to use it so have returned it to B&Q and got a refund.
The pads arrived here in Spain in good time and for the little extra cost are better quality than the imitation pads and if you have a tiled property like I have you need more than the one suplied with your steam mop so now with a good supply of replacement pads I always have enough to do the job in hand
