Being a man of a certain age also gives me a certain disposition to love classic rock also of a certain era - you know the stuff - Led Zeppelin, Free, Deep Purple et al... Here Glenn Hughes, Joe Bonamassa, Jason Bonham & Derek Sherinian channel those classic influences to incredible effect- and in the process, bring good old 'RAWK' bang up-to-date. The Video depicts BCC in all their glory touring Europe and I have to say 'full marks' to the production team for the superb sound & picture quality on Blu Ray - the camera work & post-production are excellent. Often the term 'Supergroup' is over-stated but here these guys truly are greater than the sum of the parts... Featuring Blues wunderkind Joe Bonamassa on truly blistering form, Jason Bonham is simply jaw dropping (and I've seen his dad & Led Zep too back in the day...) Mr Sherinian is under-stated yet perfect on keyboards (if thats possible in a group of this type...) Glenn Hughes however, is a revelation... He's a singer of truly immense power and range, not to mention his brutish & earthquake-esque bass-lines that really underpin the whole band to devastating effect. Classic ROCK for modern times indeed...

Brilliant!!! 17 Dec 2011
Format:Blu-ray
There's not much to say, fantastic disc and great enjoyment! Very fancy made, like a movie with a brilliant soundtrack! Enjoy on big screens and a sound system with a powerful subwoofer :-)

Just one remark: Actually it should be called "All Over Germany" since everything is filmed in Munich, Berlin or Hamburg. But still 5 stars...

Musically this disc is top notch and can't be faulted.
However, and this is a big however, it is not what we've come to expect in terms of visual and audio clarity from a blu ray disc. It looks and sounds like a 1999 DVD.
A great pity ....but there you go.
