I bought this boxset when I was 35 weeks pregnant and used the pregnancy dvd to help prepare me for my birth. It was so helpful and the techniques I learnt from the dvd were invaluable for helping me get through the labour. When my baby was 6 weeks old I started the post natal dvd as I was keen to get stretch again after so much sitting and feeding and it really helped me release tension from my tight shoulders. I am starting to feel stronger now and notice I have a lot more energy on the days I do the yoga dvd. If my baby is difficult to settle I put on The Yoga for You and Your Baby dvd and it certainly cheers her up. There are fun sections where I do yoga stretches on her and others where I use her like a weight! Its definitely fun for both of us.
I recommend this as it will take you through your pregnancy, birth and first year after your baby is born.

A friend gave me this boxset as a gift and I am delighted with it! I can practice yoga at home whenever I want to even though I have a 10 week old baby. The Post Natal yoga DVD is perfect for when I have some time (when my baby is asleep) and want to do some exercise (sometimes I only do 10 minutes). I feel clearer in my mind afterwards and I can feel my strength returning. There are lots of different options so sometimes I just do the Pilates section which seems to focus on helping me tone my stomach area. When my baby is awake I put on the Yoga for You and Your Baby DVD as this means I can still exercise while including my baby at the same time. My baby seems to enjoy it too! There are a few menu options to choose from and some sections that focus on my baby doing yoga stretches or having a massage and other exercises where I use my baby as a weight to do my own exercises.
I would recommend this to every new mum!

I did this video for the first time today. As a dancer I was worried about not being challenged but I found it a wonderfully relaxing work out. I will be doing this as often as I can during my pregnancy. Out of every form of pregnancy exercise I have tried this is my favorite. The added bonus of being able to to do it in your own surrounding and not worrying about traveling to a location (and in my pregnant state being able to press pause and use the bathroom without missing any class) makes it all the better. Tara Lee's instruction is very concise and easy to follow. All in all I thoroughly recommend it.

Every bump should get this!
As I'm still pregnant I've only used the pregnancy yoga disc. I found it easy to follow and do. Helped with a terrible pain in my leg I had for a few days. Read more

Brilliant
