Format:Audio CD
This CD is the most relaxing background i can imagine, both as an aid to meditation, and to enable sleep on those nights when it's elusive. The stream washes cares away, and the birdsong touches the mind with Nature.
And for someone who's anxious, copy it to your drive and play it, maybe with quiet piano or guitar music playing underneath it. It truly does work.

A great aid to contemplation, and ideal especially for anyone who suffers from anxiety. Run it constantly in the background!
