I was not expecting BioSil to really work - thought it would be like most other products that don't deliver on their promises - however I was surprised. In fact I've had to adjust my dosage lower as there are some side effects from taking too much. I am taking it to help my arthritis, but my bones, nails and hair have also benefited.
