The sturdy, drip-proof, plastic cased heater has been designed for safe operation. With 1 kW and 2 kW settings, the heater has uniqe dual operation thermostat, with a temperature range from a frost stat setting of 5°C up to 40°C (40° - 104°F) and an indicator light to show when power is being consumed. In winter, for heating purposes the thermostat is set to trigger heat when the temperature falls below a set temperature. The fan of the heater can be set either to switch off with the heating elements or to run continuously. In summer, for cooling purposes, the thermostat can be set to run the fan to circulate the air for air cooling when the temperature climbs above a set temperature. This compact heater is powerful enough to heat greenhouses up to 8'x 10'.

I still have great difficulty in getting this heater to operate effectively aa there are no numbers on the dials. The instructions are not at all clear, I thought I set it for a minimum of +4c as in the instructions but it only kept +1c overnight, not good enough, I wish I had bought a more user friendly greehouse heater.
