Flavor Name:Hint of Pink Grapefruit
I've always had really bad cravings, not necessarily just for chocolate, but for snack food in general and it's unfortunately been my weak point. I found a couple of bottles of these in a shop once and thought I'd give them a try. It definitely helped curb my cravings. I had one every day for about a week and during that time I found myself not once craving any calorific snacks. I felt like I had a lot more energy and I wasn't crashing from the sugar rushes I used to get from the constant snacking. I didn't really lose wny weight (thus the four stars) but I'd absolutely recommend it to help with a more healthy life-style. Give it a try!

Flavor Name:Hint of Pink Grapefruit
Buying allegedly `smart' water as part of a weight loss plan is an abject waste of money. The miniscule concentrations of minerals present in this drink will have an infinitesimally small effect on the body's thermobolic fat burning capacity and certainly won't sate hunger pains. Save your cash, buy a decent multi-vitamin (with Chromium Picolinate in it) and add a splash of fresh lemon juice to filtered water.

Flavor Name:Hint of Pomegranate
I have tried this a few times, and it has supressed my appetite for a few hours. I didn't notice much of a weight loss during the week I tried them, but as I say, I did eat a lot less. The product also tastes quite nice, just like a regular drink.

Not for me
My mum first mentioned this me after reading about it in a magazine then losing a few kilos by apparently doing nothing other than sipping this i.e. no increase in exercise etc. Read more

nope
Really didnt work for me and I think that it is a very expensive alternative to water. The delivery was good but they were thrown out in the end as I stopped using them.

Not worth it
The taste is horrible really doesnt feel me up and make me wanna not eat as much complete waste of money though delivery was great
