It is an acquired taste without a doubt, but the result is a knockout. It really lifts you physically and mentally. My secret weapon for feeling good all day everyday.

I have relied on BioStrath each time life got too demanding, physically and mentally: while working towards a Ph.D., recovering from illness (including the flu, recently), or simply boosting energy levels. It fulfills the claims it makes. If you are feeling run down, this really makes you feel you can cope; in turn, I found that feeling stronger put me in a better mood. If your job demands mental alertness and sustaining long concentration, the benefits are tremendous, judging from my personal experience. Surfing the net, I also found studies that indicate BioStrath can delay the onset of Alzheimer's - and I can certainly believe that. More people should become aware of its benefits.

Whenever I've felt rough, especially after a bad cold, or been exhausted then this stuff works well in aiding recovery. It does the job it's supposed to and although it's not the cheapest product on the market, it's easily the best one. Very helpful and effective.

Cant stomach it
I bought this liquid as recommended by staff at Holland and Barrett as was feeling run-down. Managed to take it for two days then gave up as cant stand the taste. Read more
