This product is a very effective tool for organising outdoor events. It worked well across an area of woodland up to a distance of a mile [and I guess would have been good over a much greater distance had we tried it.] Sound quality was fine and the device is simple to use. Much cheaper, quicker and simpler to use than a mobile phone and will work in areas with no mobile coverage. Recommended.

Hi I bought these for my 6 year old son to keep tabs on him when he wanders off in supermarkets, vanishes in the garden etc. The range is brilliant unlike the toy ones. They are great, but beware though the kids won't put them down... you are driven mad by constant "hello mummy" even when they are right next to you!

I have just come back from a Holiday in Frace
We used them to keep incontact between the 2 cars
they were excellant and would recommend them to everyone.
We had some fun on some of the motorways but the walkie talkies never let us down
even worked when on the channel tunnel train
