As usual arrived promptly in good order. Easy to understand set up instructions with two user guides (1 for main phone, 1 for cordless handset). Good clear viewing screen on main phone and plenty of ring tones to choose from. Only problem for me is the screen on the cordless handset is not very big, hence for someone with bad eyesight (like me) it's not easy to see the information on it but it too has plenty of ringtones. You can even add more handsets to this system if so wished.

This phone is easy to operate and does work, but sound quality is poor on the base unit as well as the cordless hand set. The display suffers from not being backlit and is very difficult to read without a light shining directly on it. The answering-machine switch needs to be pressed for too long before it responds. Overall I would not recommend this phone.

I was quite disappointed with this phone, navigating the menu takes some getting used to, but worse of all is the quality of the reception from the cordless, it is a times really bad, I already own a couple of B.T cordless and Iv never had reception problems with them, but this one is awful. I would definitely recommend paying out a bit more on better phone system.
