WHY BUY A TOM TOM,

Excellent unit. Easy to use and reliable. Very basic but what do you expect for the price. The screen is large and easy to use and the sound is nice and clear. Don't expect all the latest gadgets or you'll be disappointed but for a basic "get you there" unit it does a great job.

Remember this is one of the cheapest on the market. I very much prefer this too the Tom Tom one which I thought was rubbish always freezing etc. This one however seems to work nicely, and you can't grumble at the cost I know there are far better ones out there but this is ideal for a sat nav that is used occasionally for weekends away and stuff.

Basic unit , got mine from [...] for [...],gets you from A-B as it was designed to do. Takes a few minutes to "warm up" and find Signal. Also at times I have found it to wait until last minute to give directions especially in busy city centres. All in all a very good unit for the price, as others have said why get an expensive unit if it is only used occasionally.
