I am pleased to report that on its maiden outing the BillyOh performed really well in very blustery conditions. The 3 burners distributed the heat evenly across the grille and griddle plate, cooking chicken skewers, steaks and sausages perfectly. The BBQ performed as well as any of the more expensive BBQ's I have previously used.
One thing worth being aware of is that the assembly instructions weren't the clearest I have ever used and it was a bit fiddly to put together and took three pairs of hands on a couple of occasions.
The only reason I have not scored this more highly is that I am reluctant to give it full marks on one outing.
