There's nothing special with this shampoo. It doesn't smell that great and it doesn't lather much. I found the American Crew Peppermint Cleanse to lather much better and is a fraction of the cost. Plus, the claims that this prevents hairloss are pretty dubious based on the ingredients.

Also, be wary of the reviews of the Billy Jealousy products on Amazon. If you check the other reviewers for this item, you'll see that they only reviewed other Jealousy products and they were all posted on the same day. Seems like Billy himself is appraising his own products, and now I know why!

Really good stuff! It WILL not make you go from bald to thick wonderful hair. However it will slow down your genetics a little bit and grow your current hair A LOT faster. It also really does unclog pores from DHT. After a week of using it I was rubbing my hair and felt short little hairs popping out of my head. Not like stubbles but felt like new hair was coming out! Pretty good stuff! Also smells wonderful!

The shampoo is Amazing it makes me feel like a new man when i step out....I feel like I could be in one of those 1990's Herbal Escense Commercials where the women are basically climaxing in the shower. The ingredients make your hair feel refreshed and youthful when you step out you combine this with cashmere coat Conditioner and its a thing of wonders.

Smells nice and cleans well. What more can you expect from shampoo.

I prefer using good products, whether it is shampoo, shaving cream, or body wash. I have been a huge Billy fan for a while, but I have never tried their shampoo. I typically got my shampoo through a hair dresser friend at her pricing. She has been very busy moving into a new house, so I decided not to bother her with my shampoo needs. I figured this was the perfect chance for me to give Billy shampoo a try.

The first thing I noticed was the smell, it was different from any shampoo I have used. This is an odd comparison, but to me it smells like a minty health club pool. I don't know how else I can explain it. It smells good and it pleases me, but it is not a typical shampoo smell. It has a nice thick consistency and pours well. I have shorter hair so my usage may be different, but I do not need a ton of this shampoo to clean my hair. It seems to leave my hair feeling nice and clean without drying out my scalp. I haven't noticed my hair getting any thicker, but it isn't getting thinner.

Overall, I like this shampoo and have no complaints. I will probably purchase again.

Of all the excellent Billy Jealousy products for men, I consider this shampoo to be their flagship and the product I use to turn other people on to Billy Jealousy. When a friend, family member, or (new) girlfriend stays at my place, they all comment on how much they liked my "dragon shampoo." Its peppermint scent is spot-on, it lathers well, and it leaves your hair and scalp feeling clean.

You should, of course, pair this shampoo with a conditioner to avoid any excessive drying of your scalp. Otherwise, if you're in the market for a new everyday shampoo, this is it.
