So loved this work out. It's a fast paced 35 min blast, which is excellent for when you don't have time for the one hour Advanced, or if you are working your way up from the Basic to Advanced. This class will give you an idea of what the old Advanced work outs were like. For a more intense work out I would recommend the Tae Bo Get Ripped, Everybody Get Ripped and the Bootcamp work out with bands. CC1 has swift transitions from one routine to another, which will keep you focused and on your toes. Love this work out, and recommend this to add to your collection.
