This was the first time I've tried Tae-bo and I bought this DVD based on the fact that it is taught by Billy Blanks who was seven times world martial arts champion.
I always thought my legs were in pretty good shape even though I never do any exercise - shopping in four inch heels was what I would have called a work out, but when I started this it was my legs and bum that was working the most.
I was also shocked that I couldn't finish the workout the first time, I became too tired about five minutes to the end of the workout. I was feeling the results right away, I was aching all over, but it makes you feel better about yourself.
I would recommend this to anyone, whether you are fit or not, particularly those who want to tone your legs and butt.
I would have given this workout five stars, but I felt that although you are toning other areas of your body, the results would take longer. I would have prefered it if there were more exercises for your stomach.
