I've been a Tae-bo fan for two years now, and this one is pure perfection. Brilliant Billy gives us fitness addicts two great new routines: one short (around 30 minutes) and one long (about 50-55. The short version is more strenuous than previous tae-bo videos, and it had me out of puff in no time,with some great new combinations and a new twist to the speedbag punch. The advanced long version combines a rigorous workout for the upper body, followed by some fantastic floor routines for those hard to reach places (think abs and glutes here). The warm up and cool down feels like part of the entire routine, but Billy also incorporates some great stretches at the beginning and end of the routine.
These routines have some tricky moves in them : lots of punches, combinations, and cool kicks. This is a superb video in which Billy puts you through your paces. Its great fun, though if you are new to Tae-bo, start with the earlier ones, and work your way up to this one. If you're dying to get your hands on a new work-out routine, which works you in all the right places, then tae-bo is the one for you. If, like me, you are already a Tae-bo devotee, then, what are you waiting for...? Billy has really worked hard with this one: number five is truly the most fun you will ever have, while really putting your fitness to the test. Despite my daily Tae-bo basic workouts, and twice weekly advanced, I felt Billy's latest offering really work every muscle! Fantastic, and one which I know will have me running to the video machine to do again and again !
