I only got into Tae-bo 6 months ago and I was so impressed that when this one came out, I had to have it. It is the perfect solution for fatty abs and glutes and even the inner thighs, but it is not an easy workout. However, Billy Blanks keeps you motivated through the video with his encouraging comments. The exercises are great. If you do them properly, you can see and feel the effects immediately. For me, its been a much needed workout. I have never felt my lower abs burn and work this hard before. It works out every part of your abdominal muscles which is not an easy feat to accomplish. This video has taught me stamina and endurance. It is the best workout if you want to have great abs and glutes as soon as possible..... but be prepared for hard work!! The pace of the video is fast so be prepared to push yourself to the limit. On the whole, it is a very rewarding workout and you get a great feeling of accomplishment when you see the results of the workout on your abs and glutes!
