    I have long been a fan of Billy Blanks but was a little sceptical that this would be very different from his previous workouts. Well to say I was amazed would be an understatement. I would like to think that I was quite fit but this found muscles that had not been used for a long time! My arms and legs have toned a considerable amount in 4 weeks even though I am a regular gym user. I would thoroughly recommend this set to anybody who is relatively fit but be prepared for hard work this is not for the faint hearted.

    Billy's Boot Camp contains 3 dvds; Basic Training, Ultimate Boot Camp and Ab Boot Camp. It also includes the Billy Bands and a training schedule. I regularly do the Basic and Ultimate dvds and strangely enough I find Basic Training harder than the Ultimate Boot Camp dvd. Your muscles really ache during both of these workouts and it's hard to complete all of the reps but I just take a quick break and then go back to it. After doing the Ab Boot Camp my abdominal muscles were really sore the next day but I felt like I had pulled something so I don't enjoy this particular dvd. However, Billy combines standing abdominal exercises, which I prefer, and floor abdominal exercises. All together this is a very good set of Tae Bo dvds that will help you tone up because it combines cardiovascular training and toning.
