Admittedly I bought this because it is meant to be intermediate but I still found it a bit of a challenge. It's a great workout for those used to his intensity, and while I'm fairly fit, it was alright for me, but if you are a beginner, think before purchasing this.
All up, it's about 45 minutes long and some will find it hard to get through. You start with punches and kicks but from there it gets progressivly harder. Everyone in the class is overly super smiley and having way too much fun. I guess that's not a bad thing, but not always are you that happy while working out. This is really his favourite kind of workout because he's more enthusiastic than usual. It is a good workout for the fit - you'll need to do it a couple of times a week along with other routines, but it's good and challenging and quite enjoyable.
